The PACE Program:
There have been more than 200 graduates of the program to date and they tell us the studies are well worth the time and effort – most of them say ‘fun too!’ Together we will raise the bar of knowledge, performance and expectations of those of us involved in accounts receivable – collections.
What you should do:
- Download the workbook and eBooks. (Some students have paid an additional price to have them via CD.)
- Read the introduction of the workbook.
- Follow the links provided on this page for each module.
- View the video and read chapters as recommended.
- Take the on-line test.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 if necessary until pass achieved (90%).
- Proceed to next section when module passed.
What you should NOT do:
Here is some valuable advice from instructors and learned by our successful graduates:
- Do not ignore the material:
Some students have attempted to pass the on-line testing and assignments without study of the material. This rarely works and is never a valuable technique. They may provide several answers that are reasonable, but only one covered in the PACE Program.
- Don’t go too slow:
Three months will pass quickly. You can take your time and adjust your studies, perhaps an hour per week, to fit your business and personal schedule.
- Not too fast either:
One may cram during the first or last few weeks and perhaps pass the testing and assignments, but with reduced benefits of the program.
Please follow the links provided to view and download a copy of your workbook and the eBooks for study. You may print any or all of the books for your own use. While all of the material may be interesting and of benefit, specific chapters and pages are recommended for each module.
They are all in a PDF format, readable from any computer.
