Tim Paulsen is a recognized leader in the field. Tim is the author
of “Collect Those Debts” and “Paid in Full” and has developed and
led programs all across North America as well as in China, India,
Malaysia, Singapore, The Philippines, Jamaica, Bahamas and Kuwait. A
highly-qualified speaker and trainer, Tim is a past-president of the
Toronto Chapter of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional
Speakers).

Steve Coyle
Author/Consultant
The author of Debt Collections (stir-fried or deep fried).
Steve Coyle holds an MBA and is a Certified Credit Executive. He was
the Collection Manager for Malaysia's largest cellular service
provider and is currently based in Kuala Lumpur where he has trained
and consulted with major Asian clients since 1995.
Michelle Dunn
Entrepreneur/Author/Consultant
Michelle Dunn started and ran M.A.D. Collection Agency for 8 years
and created Credit & Collections, an Association for credit and
business professionals with over 1,000 members. Entrepreneur Press
released “The Ultimate Credit & Collections Handbook, the check IS
in the mail” penned by Dunn in 2006. Michelle has been featured in Forbes.com, The Wall Street Journal,
Entrepreneur, Professional Collector, Credit & Collections Risk and
numerous other publications and has been a guest on (NPR) National
Public Radio and the CBS Early Show. She has many articles and 7
books to add to her list of accomplishments and has been voted one
of the 'top five women' in collections.
Regene Kenyon,
Assistant Director of Servicing

Regene Kenyon graduated from Southern Wesleyan University with a
bachelor of science degree in business administration. Regene began
her employment with NetBank Business Finance in 1994 as a commercial
collector. She was subsequently promoted to collection supervisor,
collection manager. Now, as assistant director of servicing, she is
responsible for the day-to-day operations of the client services,
collections, and recovery/legal departments. Prior to joining
NetBank Business Finance, Regene served as a consumer collector for
a paint company and a third-party collection agency.
Geoffrey Last
Director of Credit
Anixter Canada Inc.
Geoffrey Last has been with Anixter for 18 years. He is a Fellow of
the Credit Institute of Canada, a member of the National Forum of
Credit & Financial Executives, a Certified Credit Executive
(National Association of Credit Management, [NACM]) and has attended
NACM's Graduate School of Credit Management. He has chaired the
Legislation Committee of the Credit Institute and is currently a
Director of NACM Canada. He has lectured on technology solutions for
the credit profession.
David Martin
Director of Collections

Currently Director of Customer Accounts for the automotive consumer
finance company VFC Inc., David Martin brings to the Advisory Board
30 years of collections experience with such companies as Ford, PHH,
Citibank and GE Capital. Beginning on the phone taking credit
applications he has worked up to executive positions over the years
training and guiding his staff to excellence.
Len Sklar
Consultant, Author, Professional Speaker
With a career in collections
that spans over thirty-five years, Len Sklar has been involved in
hiring, training, managing and developing policies and procedures
for internal and external collections. He has delivered countless
seminars on collections as well as produced audio and video programs
and written a self-training study course and a book on the subject.
Catherine E. Willson
Lawyer, Speaker, Writer
A
longstanding member of the Ontario Bar Association, Catherine E.
Willson has established a successful practice in civil litigation,
collections, construction, family, and employment law. She is an
executive member of the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario) – Civil
Litigation Section. She is also a member of the Advocates Society,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Toronto
Construction Association, and Chairman of the Risk Management
Committee of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair. Catherine is a
regular speaker at legal and business conferences, an instructor at
the University of Guelph, and writes on legal issues for several
national publications.
Kenneth P. Young
FCI Emeritus.
Ken Young has been a Credit Management Professional for over twenty
years and has global experience in a broad range of industries
including the food, chemical and manufacturing sectors. Ken was a
founding member of, and is an advisor to, NACM Canada (National
Association of Credit Management), past Chairman of the National
Credit & Financial Executives' Forum, past Chairman of the Raw
Material Credit Group (chemical), and past President of the
Wholesale Floor Covering Credit Association. Ken has been awarded
the highly esteemed FCI Emeritus award.
