About Us

The International Institute of Professional Collections is dedicated to providing professional training and certification for those collecting consumer and commercial receivables.

ICPC training is delivered through the P.A.C.E. distance learning program or through programs customized for organizations and their specific Customer Relationship Management strategy. ICPC training leads to the designation of Certified Financial Collection Professional (CFCP).

ICPC also maintains an online resource centre of current books, seminars and conferences for collections professionals.
